Release of the Global Innovation Index 2021 - Tracking Innovation through the COVID-19 Crisis

Join the launch of the 14th edition of the Global Innovation Index (GII) on Monday September 20, 2021 from 13:30 to 15:30 p.m. CEST. The GII will provide new data and analysis on the pulse of global innovation and allowing innovation actors and policy-makers to benchmark the innovation ecosystem performance of more than 130 economies.

The virtual event will present the latest ranking of innovation performance of economies around the world. In addition, heads of state, ministers and business executives will discuss how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the global innovation landscape.

The launch will be streamed live on WIPO's website, with simultaneous interpretation into Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish. No prior registration is necessary!
