Dear colleagues,

I invite you to join the conversation on 21\10\2024 at 11:00 for an interesting discussion on IP CDOs (Intellectual Property Collateralized Debt Obligations).

We will talk about why these innovative financial instruments do not require registration with any federal government body, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

IP CDOs are a unique way of using intellectual property as collateral for debt obligations, enabling these assets to be involved in international economic circulation.

They were developed by Russian economist Victor Michelle and are a crucial part of my work on the commercialization of intellectual property.

We look forward to seeing you at our meeting, where we will dive into this topic and address all your questions.
