Hello Tomek. Kind of long since we have we were not able to access ETISC
because of some interruptions.
when uganda signed the agreememnt for actualisation of the TISC in october, i was chosen as the contact point for Uganda. but, the challenge is that my bosses do not know what has to be done exactly in order to actualize the TISC centre. i have already registered the TISC for both ARDI and ASPI resources. but i seriously want to see that this whole thing doesnt only stop on paper. i am kindly asking for your advice which i can use to advise my bosses such that we can move this idea forward.
