Dear eTISC Community,

The WIPO Academy offers scholarships on its Distance Learning courses to all TISC staff. For more information please read Monika's blog post and the attached "Registration Procedure Manual for TISC Staff_2013".

Basically you have to sign up to the WIPO Academy as per the above mentioned procedure manual and at some point you will be asked to provide the name and email address of your national TISC coordinator. The national TISC coordinator will receive a notification of your enrollment/application and he/she will be in charge of issuing a letter to the WIPO Academy confirming your application/enrollment for the Distance Learning course(s).
