In the early of 2000, as I was doing my personal research initiative on Invention Patents at the Patent Office, a light - blue colored magazine caught my attention.  It appeared to me as WIPO Magazine.  To my amazement, with careful attention, I opened it and read the contents.

While my habit of reading directed me from Cover to the Back, my delight heightened when I read, "this magazine is distributed FREE of charge". " What a blessing? what a gift?", words printed in my mind. So, I hurriedly got home, typed a letter of request with my old Underwood typewriter and mailed it on the same day.  Result: Just see the picture attached to this post which half-ley described the chains of the story.
