Passion for I.P.

My love for I.P. started when I discovered that "Aha moment" in my silent mode during my high-school days.  That "Aha moment" or "My Eureka moment" as I fondly called it, resulted to the filing of two(2) U.M. Patents with the guidance from our local govt agency, for " a Reader's Lamp Shade, an emergency lamp shade for students and a "Mechanical Animal Shaped Toy", which is similar to a rocking horse toy wherein a 3-year old and above children can play-it-with-their-feet-as-exerciser. That was in the year 1974. While, Patent Letter U.M. for my "Reader's Lamp Shade got lost, only my "Mechanical Animal Shape Toy" Patent Letter U.M. 4863. is presently in my possession.  The "Aha moment" occurred in 1974 but was realized only in the early year of 1982 ( U.M. Patent No. 4863 was released by the Phil. Patent Office in February 1982). Almost eight years of opportunity loss ?  My two ( 2 ) U.M. Patents expired in 1987.Image removed.
