Dr. D'vorah Graeser is a US Patent Agent, an AI programmer and strategist, who pairs frontline IP and technology-transfer experience with hands-on AI development. Over a career spanning more than three decades, she has prosecuted patents across medical devices, biotech, and software, advised innovation ecosystems on commercialization and licensing, and built AI tools herself, work that began when she programmed for the Human Genome Project. She is the founder of RocketSmart.io, an AI-powered platform supporting technology transfer and innovation ecosystems, and the author of The AI Process Playbook for Business. A ForHumanity Fellow, TEDx speaker, and trained scientist (PhD in Pharmacology, University of Michigan; BA in Biochemistry, Harvard), she brings a rare combination of scientific rigor, IP expertise, and practical AI engineering to questions at the intersection of AI and licensing.
