Reference is made to Monika's news blog: Invitation to register: WIPO Academy Advanced Distance Learning Courses.

We received feedback via our survey that the "Registration Procedure Manual for TISC Staff_2013” is not accessible. After a check it seems that the manual should be downloadable. If you still have trouble in accessing it please contact  etisc.support@wipo.int and we will send the manual to you via email.
