Publishing Guidelines for eTISC Members

Submitted by eTISC on

eTISC is an inclusive communication platform. Its publishing tools enable everyone to create and share content, upload documents and photos and administer Groups with flexibility and ease.

Types of contributions

We encourage eTISC members to create 'Forum' posts, upload photos, presentations and other documents, establish new 'Groups' and contribute directly through publishing articles in the 'News Blog'.

All kinds of contributions are welcome, especially the following updates:

   - TISCs in action: experiences and best practices,

   - TISCs in the news: media reporting,

   - TISCs in figures: statistics,

   - TISCs in the loop: events and opportunities,

   - TISCs in the know: information, tips, and resources,

   - TISCs in general.

Citations, References

Please cite or refer to the source of information. The full URL should be given and the date when the reference was published/last accessed, as appropriate.

Languages

Please write your text in English, French, Spanish or Russian. Other languages can be used in Groups, as convenient.

Formatting

There are no strict formatting requirements but all contributions should have clear headings and consistent, appropriate content structure.

Clean and simple design works best; attributes such as centering, colors, blinking text, animation, etc., create visual confusion that detracts from your page's effectiveness.

Verdana font, 10 pt should be preferably used for all contributions.

For any uploads please keep file names short, descriptive, and all lower case with no spaces.
